Only when there is enough trust and knowledge of the surrounding spaces it become possible to understand where a certain material starts and where it ends; the differences and the similarities; what is two dimensional and what is three dimensional. But it will never be a complete understanding.

OUTDOOR is a project born in 2010 with the aim of contributing to the change of the social fabric of the city through actions of cultural character that can deeply mark the habits of those who live and live in Rome. OUTDOOR is an expression of a contemporary generation that affirms its roots in the territory and opens it to international influence, in open dialogue with metropolitan ferments around the world.

OUTDOOR has revolutionized the Ostiense district, creating, through four years of artistic interventions, the creation of the first Street Art District in Rome. A journey started with the realization of the first Street Art projects on residential construction ever created in Rome and concluded with the first installation in Europe thanks to a collective donation.

Since 2014, it emphasizes the urban changes of the city and through temporary actions re-activating disused places. In 2014, after 10 years, OUTDOOR opened the former Rail Customs, offering the city a new place to aggregate. Since 2015, with the help of an international art circuit, it allows citizens to enjoy the area of ​​Ex Caserma Guido Reni, where the new headquarters of the future Museum of Science in Rome will be born.

OUTDOOR believes in change, in the driving impulses, and in the generational flows that arise from the urban contexts. Today, through an international network of artists and producers, it is a prestigious international stage
