D*Face
Mural painting done by street artist D * Face in the MAUS program. D*Face (UK) is one of the most important figures in contemporary urban artists.
Work with a variety of techniques. His intention is to encourage the public not to "look" but to" look closely "all around them, reflecting our strange fascination with fame and consumerism D*Face encourages the viewer to re-think and re- work some of the icons that have for decades been image consumerism, culture and aesthetics of money, advertising, comic or known cultural figures.
It’s also a critique of the American dream and the false notion that good always wins over evil. It’s also important to emphasize the great function of D * Face as one of the main driving forces of this new wave of art, then in 2005 opened the doors of his gallery "StolenSpace" in London with the Lazarides gallery are the most important in the urban art market.
